| This bike is built with the famous Reynolds 753 steel frame tubing. It's heat treating and super light gauge made it extremely tough to work with. Reynolds made frame builders make a test frame before they would sell them the tubing. This bicycle also has the Campagnolo Super Record group with the rare titanium B.B. and pedal spindles. It also has the Campagnolo alloy freewheel. It has an honest weight of 19.4 lbs. Substitute that Brooks Pro saddle and it would be under 19 lbs. Today's lightest road bikes with carbon or titanium frames weigh that much! |
